USDA Adopts New Assessment Rate for Washington Apricot Marketing Committee

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for the Washington Apricot Marketing Committee from $2.50 to $1.00 per ton of fresh apricots, effective for the 2005-2006 fiscal period and beyond.
