Heavy Forged Hand Tools from China: Final Antidumping Duty Results

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on heavy forged hand tools from China, resulting in changes to dumping margin calculations and a finding that some manufacturers sold the tools at below-cost prices.
