SEC Approves Amendment to Joint Industry Plan for Intermarket Option Linkage

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has approved Amendment No. 15 to the Joint Industry Plan, which creates an intermarket option linkage to facilitate trades and shipments, exempting certain trades from the definition of 'trade-through' and the locked markets provision.
