California to Repeal Exemptions for Aerosol Coating Products Under New VOC Regulation

The California Air Resources Board is set to revise its State Implementation Plan and definition of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), effectively removing exemptions for aerosol coating products under a reactivity-based regulation, which is expected to take effect in the coming months.
