EPA Re-Establishes Tolerance for Myclobutanil on Artichoke, Globe

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has re-established a time-limited tolerance for combined residues of myclobutanil and its metabolite on artichoke, globe, allowing for its use on the crop through December 31, 2007, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) section 18.
