EPA Seeks Public Comment on Request for Emergency Exemption for Flusilazole to Control Asian Soybean Rust

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received a request from the Minnesota and South Dakota Departments of Agriculture to use the pesticide flusilazole, a new chemical not yet registered with the EPA, to control Asian soybean rust on soybeans. The EPA is seeking public comment before making a decision on granting an emergency exemption.
