EPA Partially Deletes Tar Lake Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing the East Tailing Area of the Tar Lake Superfund Site in Michigan from the National Priorities List due to lack of environmental threats, with the concurrence of the State of Michigan.
