Union Pacific Railroad Company-Temporary Trackage Rights Exemption-BNSF Railway Company: Exemption Revoked

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) revoked a temporary exemption for Union Pacific Railroad Company to expire its trackage rights on December 31, 2005, as agreed upon by the parties, while maintaining employee protective conditions set by a 1979 ICC decision regarding the Oregon Short Line Railway Company's abandonment of the Goshen route.
