EPA Approves Kentucky's Ozone Redesignation and Maintenance Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Kentucky's redesignation of the Christian County portion of the Clarksville-Hopkinsville 8-hour ozone nonattainment area to attainment for the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), as well as a 12-year maintenance plan for the area.
