Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Travel Management Plan in Lewis and Clark National Forest

The Forest Service will evaluate the impacts of motorized and non-motorized travel on 924,800 acres of National Forest System lands in Montana, with the goal of balancing recreational use with resource protection and minimizing conflicts between uses.
