Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Accreditation Commission for Healthcare Seeks Deeming Authority for Home Health Agencies

The Accreditation Commission for Healthcare has submitted a proposal to the government for recognition as a national accrediting body for home health agencies participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs, with a public comment period set to begin within 60 days of receipt of the application.
