EPA Announces Availability of Final NPDES General Permits for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Treatment Works

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of the final National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits for Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTWs) and other treatment works treating domestic sewage in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, allowing eligible facilities to apply for coverage and authorization to discharge under one of the general permits.
