Economic Research Service to Request Approval for New Information Collection

The Economic Research Service is planning to collect data on consumers' food purchase decisions, knowledge of food safety and nutrition, and how safety and nutrition information affects purchasing decisions, with the first collection expected to take place in the next quarter.
