EPA Approves North Carolina State Plan for Clean Air Act Implementation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources' (DENR) State Plan for implementing and enforcing emissions guidelines for existing commercial and industrial solid waste incinerators, as submitted on August 7, 2002, and revised on December 14, 2004.
