SEC Proposes Changes to Accelerated Filer Definition and Filing Deadlines

The SEC is proposing to modify the periodic report filing deadlines for accelerated filers, with the largest accelerated filers with a market value of $700 million or more subject to a 60-day deadline for annual reports on Form 10-K, while others will continue to file under current deadlines
