EPA Offers Settlement at Ward Transformer Superfund Site in Raleigh, NC

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a cost recovery settlement at the Ward Transformer Superfund Site in Raleigh, North Carolina, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and is seeking public comments until October 31, 2005.
