SEC Approves Philadelphia Stock Exchange's Rule Change for Opening Order Matching in PACE

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange's proposed rule change, which aims to enhance order matching at the opening in the Philadelphia Automated Clearing Exchange (PACE)
