MSRB Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend Rule A-8(a) and Adopt New Rules

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend Rule A-8(a) regarding the adoption of new rules and submission to the SEC. The proposed rule change is effective immediately.
