NASA Proposes Rule for SBIR and STTR Contractor Re-Certification

NASA is proposing a rule to require Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contractors to re-certify their program compliance before final payment, aiming to hold contractors accountable for Federal regulations and program requirements.
