Refuge-Specific Public Use Regulations for Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge

The Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to allow public use on private lands within the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska, subject to a permit, to meet its commitments under a Conservation Easement with the US, Alaska, and Koniag, Inc. This rule applies to areas along Karluk River and Karluk Lake on Kodiak Island, and will remain in effect as long as the easement is in place.
