EPA Deletes Batavia Landfill Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the deletion of the Batavia Landfill Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that the site poses no significant threat to public health or the environment, and that potentially responsible parties have implemented all necessary response actions.
