EPA to Partially Delete Utah Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is issuing a notice of intent to partially delete the Jacobs Smelter Superfund Site in Tooele County, Utah, from the National Priorities List (NPL), specifically deleting Operable Unit 3, which consists of soils within the Union Pacific Rail Road (UPRR) right-of-way, and requests public comments on this notice of intent.
