Public Land Order No. 7646 Revokes Coal Classification Withdrawals; Opens Lands to Surface Entry and Nonmetalliferous Mining

The US government has revoked 7 Executive Orders covering approximately 512,380 acres of land withdrawn for coal classification purposes, allowing for surface entry and nonmetalliferous mining activities.
