U.S. Copyright Office to Review Exemptions to Circumvention of Copyright Protection Systems

The U.S. Copyright Office is seeking public comments on a rulemaking proceeding to determine whether certain classes of works should be exempt from a prohibition on circumventing access control technologies, which could impact non-infringing uses of copyrighted materials.
