Rural Business-Cooperative Service to Charge Annual Renewal Fee for Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service is amending its regulation to allow charging of an annual renewal fee on all loans obligated after the rule's publication, effective immediately, in addition to the existing one-time guarantee fee.
