EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which is scheduled to expire on September 30, 2005, and is seeking public comment on the proposed modification of secondary treatment requirements for discharges into marine waters.
