EPA Finalizes Revision to Hazardous Waste Exemptions for Hazardous Waste Mixtures

The Environmental Protection Agency is finalizing changes to the list of solvents exempt from hazardous waste definition under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, adding benzene and 2-ethoxyethanol, and expanding the de minimis exemption to non-manufacturing facilities and additional hazardous wastes.
