EPA Approves Revisions to Kentucky State Implementation Plan for Northern Kentucky

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved four revisions to the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Northern Kentucky area, which includes Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties, to remove the inspection and maintenance program and introduce new rules for solvent metal cleaning equipment and commercial motor vehicle refinishing operations.
