Submission for OMB Review: Request for Extension of Expiring Information Collection Forms for Wage Data Collection

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking extension of three information collection forms, the Establishment Information Form, Wage Data Collection Form, and Wage Data Collection Continuation Form, used by the Department of Defense to determine prevailing wage rates for Federal Wage System employees. The forms require approximately 75,800 hours of annual respondent burden, and interested parties can submit comments to OPM via phone, fax, or email.
