EPA Proposes Revisions to Texas Air Quality Plan for Houston Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Texas State Implementation Plan for the Houston/Galveston/Brazoria ozone nonattainment area, which aims to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions under the Mass Emissions Cap and Trade program.
