EPA Proposes Revisions to Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan and Emission Credit Banking and Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) concerning the Emission Credit Banking and Trading program, as well as a section of the Texas rules on Control of Air Pollution from Volatile Organic Compounds and a subsection of Chapter 116 of the Texas Administrative Code.
