US Textile Agency Designates Yarns for Free Trade under CBTPA and ATPDEA

The United States Textile and Apparel Commission (CITA) has designated certain cotton yarns for free trade under the Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA) and the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA), allowing eligible apparel articles to enter the US market without quotas and duties.
