EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions for Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Other Regions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved several revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, South Central, and Northern Regions, which include enhancements to the state's motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program and safety inspection program for non-inspection regions.
