EPA Proposes Amendment to CERCLA Administrative Agreement for Lower Passaic River Study Area Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an amendment to an administrative settlement for the Lower Passaic River Study Area Superfund site in New Jersey, adding 12 new parties to the original settlement and increasing funding for the ongoing remedial investigation and feasibility study to $10 million, with an additional $750,000 in contingent funding for future response costs.
