EPA Approves Texas Low-Emission Diesel Fuel Program Changes

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Texas Low-Emission Diesel (TXLED) Fuel program, making changes to the program that improve its enforceability and clarity, while also repealing the state sulfur standard.
