US Proposes Quotas and Season Dates for Atlantic Commercial Shark Fishery

The US government has proposed a rule to establish quotas and season dates for the Atlantic commercial shark fishery, aiming to prevent over- and underharvests of large and small coastal sharks, and to provide advance notice of these dates.
