HUD Submits Proposed Information Collection for Termite Soil Treatment Records

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has submitted a proposed information collection requirement to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, seeking public comments on a standard business practice for builders to certify termite-free structures and maintain soil treatment records.
