OFCCP Updates Rule to Collect Race and Gender Data from Online Job Applicants

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published a final rule requiring federal contractors and subcontractors to collect data on the gender, race, and ethnicity of job applicants who apply online, in response to challenges posed by the use of the internet and electronic technologies in the hiring process.
