Indian Health Service Requests Additional 30-Day Public Comment Period for Proposed Information Collection

The Indian Health Service is seeking an additional 30-day public comment period for its proposed information collection, which aims to implement Title V of the Tribal Self-Governance Amendments of 2000, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection, with OMB control number 0917-0026, was previously submitted for review and approval, but no comments were received in response to a 60-day Federal Register notice published in 2005.
