SEC Approves Proposed Rule Changes by American Stock Exchange LLC

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to the American Stock Exchange LLC (Amex) for three proposed rule changes and accelerated approval of a fourth amendment, all related to the listing and trading of shares of the xtraShares Trust.
