USDA Amends Appalachian and Southeast Milk Marketing Orders

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule amending the Appalachian and Southeast marketing orders, expanding the Appalachian milk marketing area and eliminating the ability to pool milk across multiple orders, in response to public feedback from a 2004 hearing.
