EPA Approves Connecticut's Air Quality Plan, Redesignates New Haven Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, redesignating the New Haven PM 10 nonattainment area to attainment and approving a Limited Maintenance Plan for the area.
