EPA Approves Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions, Making Provisions Federally Enforceable

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve revisions to Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which revises the numbering and format of the Utah Administrative Code (UAC) rules and restores a deleted paragraph, making these provisions federally enforceable. The approval supersedes previous SIP revisions submitted by Utah, effective September 20, 1999, and February 5, 2001.
