Administration on Children, Youth and Families Awards Grants to Support Mentoring Programs for Children of Incarcerated Parents

The Administration on Children, Youth and Families has awarded twenty-eight urgent grants to support Mentoring Children of Prisoner Programs and Training and Technical Assistance providers in responding to hurricane disaster evacuee needs. The grants will help these organizations provide mentoring services to children of incarcerated parents who have been forced to relocate due to Hurricane Katrina.
