NAFTA Panel Reviews Decision on Softwood Lumber Products from Canada

A US-Canada binational panel has reviewed the final results of a countervailing duty determination on Canadian softwood lumber products, affirming part of the decision and remanding another part, with the Department of Commerce to resubmit its determination by October 28, 2005.
