OSM Announces Proposed Information Collection for Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is announcing the proposed collection of information related to surface coal mining and reclamation operations on federal lands, as well as surface mining permit applications, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
