EPA Approves Wisconsin State Implementation Plan Revision for Serigraph, Incorporated

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan (SIP) for an alternative volatile organic compounds (VOC) control device for Serigraph, Incorporated, a printing company in Wisconsin, allowing it to use a biofilter system to control VOC emissions from its facility.
