PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Revised Information Collection on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking 3-year approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revise an information collection related to model forms for submitting qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs) to the PBGC, following changes in how the organization pays benefits.
