HHS to Evaluate Petition for Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program

The Department of Health and Human Services has decided to review a petition to include a class of employees at the Ames Laboratory in Iowa in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which was filed as required by federal regulations.
