South Atlantic Fishery Management Council to Hold Public Hearings on Amendment 13C

The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council will hold 10 public hearings to discuss Amendment 13C, which aims to reduce overfishing of several fish species and increase red porgy harvests, with proposed regulations set to take effect in early 2006.
